Cancellation policy – booking via our website or directly

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation possible.
• Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
• From 24 hours before arrival: 100% of the total price.

For bookings made via external booking portals, the respective cancellation conditions of these portals apply.

Our philosophy:

We always strive to accommodate our guests—especially in unforeseen situations. If we manage to secure a replacement booking for the canceled period, we will gladly waive the cancellation fee in whole or in part.

Our tip:

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This often covers the costs in the event of a cancellation – ideal for ensuring you're financially protected in the event of an emergency.
